OUR RETURN POLICY AND RETURN PROCESS:

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

*We will happily accept returns on new/unworn clothing with the original tags attached within 7 days from when your order was received.

Please email us at info@boutiquekahlo.com and include your order number BEFORE you ship back your items. 

*Orders not eligible for returns and considered final sale:

  • Pop-up shop purchases are final sale.
  • Any sales and clearance items are final sale. 
  • Worn Items without tags are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale
  • Hats are final sale

A few more details:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kahlo boutique does not provide no cost return shipping labels. Customers will have to pay the cost of shipping for returns. However, if we mess up on an order on our end we will pay for a return shipping label. We ship out every Wednesday! 
  • We highly suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive store credit in a form of a gift card within 1-2 business days.

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS: We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and or reject returns from customers at anytime due to: 

-an irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"

-worn

-altered

-laundered

-damaged

-missing items

-potential fraudulent or criminal activity
